To meet the needs of contractors and clients, we offer a range of features and options to improve placement and handling efficiency.

We supply dimensionally stable box culverts in lengths of 3 metres as standard. On top of that, we can fit the necessary manholes, shaft connections, cast-on headplates, wall feed-throughs and openings, rebar, flow channels, corbels, corner elements, sleeves or post-tensioning channels required for joining our culverts, all in consultation with the client.

As a finishing touch and depending on the specific application, overflow walls, flow regulators, valves, non-return valves, grilles, pump chambers and silt traps can also be fitted.

Webeco also produces made-to-measure box culverts, with a range of options:

All of our box culverts can be customised to meet the requirements of our clients. A common request is a cast-in-place headwall. Feel free to ask us about the options for the application you have in mind.

Webeco offers a unique and complete range of box culverts. We manufacture our box culverts in self-compacting concrete, which gives them a smooth, dimensionally stable and watertight finish. In fact, we’re the first to do so in Belgium!

Each type, from the smallest to the largest, comes with a rubber sliding seal pre-adhered in our factory. The standard length of all our culverts is 3 m, which gives you the advantage of greater efficiency on site. Fittings at any length of your choice are always an option.

Our box culverts are made using HSR cement and come supplied with a BENOR certificate to comply with the NBN-EN 14844 and NBN-B21 102 standards.

Webeco’s box culverts come with a load capacity of 100 kN/m as standard; higher load capacities are always an option. Due to our oversize DEHA lifting clutches (four per culvert) and the dimensional stability of our culverts, you can pull them together using these lifting clutches. No more need for a winch!

Webeco Concrete Water Products produces a wide range of soakaway box culverts, which feature perforations measuring 40 mm in diameter in the sidewalls and base. These box culverts offer the perfect solution where underground buffering and soakaway are required. On top of that, they are suitable for heavy traffic loads.

This durable solution that can inspected and cleaned at all times. The box culverts are placed on an infiltrating substrate and wrapped using a suitable geotextile.
